  1. Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your
    A-physical wellbeing, 10
    B-spiritual well-being, 5
    C-psychological well-being? 5
Why? I consider myself very healthy physically. I am physically active at least 3-4 times a week in roller derby and some form of strength and muscle training. Spiritually-I don't pray 5 times a day that Islam requires but I try to...I do however follow all other customs of my religion and although I don't consider myself a very religious person I do consider myself a spiritual one.
Psychologically-I struggle with insomnia which is worsened by anxiety. I really don't like taking the prescription medicines because of the side effects but because of where I live my preferred alternative isn't available to me so I have to take them regularly.
Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
Physically-I would like to maintain my current weight and get stronger to prevent injuries and to continue playing the sport I love.
Spiritually- My goal is to continue to grow spiritually and to be a good spiritual guide for my children.
Psychologically- I would LOVE to get off of SSRIs and get a medicinal marijuana card to treat my insomnia and anxiety.
What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
Physically-I continue to challenge myself in derby practice and in the weight room.
Spiritually-I attend Friday services as much as possible to continue to be a part of the Islamic community here.
Psychologically-I plan to continue to work with my provider to manage my insomnia and anxiety with traditional methods until I can get a more integral approach to my conditions.
Complete the relaxation exercise The Crime of the Century.
For me the exercise was a little frustrating I kept thinking, "Wait, what are all the colors in the rainbow?" "Which seven areas are we going to focus on?" and etc. I will probably try this again though because it is similar to some of the relaxation techniques I use at night.
